If you would like to move up to Gold Director, you must become a Gold Associate first.
Gold Associate, you must purchase the Gold Premium Pack worth P3,600 or $100 (if Paypal is used).Once you purchase the Gold Premium Pack, your binary limit increases to 100 pairs per day plus you can now develop new Gold Leaders for you to advance to the next level.
So you can either be ranked as a Silver Team Leader or a Gold Team Leader.
SILVER TEAM LEADER - is a Silver Associate with 10 direct Silver referrals (up to 8th level, 30 pairs per day)
GOLD TEAM LEADER - is a Gold Associate with 10 direct Silver referrals (up to 8th level, 100 pairs per day)
GOLD DIRECTOR - once you get 5 Gold Associates at least (up to 12th level, 100 pairs per day)
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR- is when 5 of your direct referrals gets promoted to Gold Director plus your total purchases (group and personal) reached 10,000 PV
(up to infinite level, 100 pairs per day, plus gadget incentive)
PLATINUM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - is when at least 3 of your direct referrals become EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and your total purchases reached 50,000PV
(up to infinite level, 100 pairs per day, plus appliance incentive)
DIAMOND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - is when at least one of your direct referrals becomes a Platinum Director, you have at least 100 Gold Directors in your entire organization and a total of 200,000PV was purchased by your group for the whole month. (PV from a Diamond Executive Director are excluded from the computation)

As your rank advances, your required personal PV (Point Value) per month increases as well.
